Monthly Contract or Pay As You Go?

Option 1. Small Business Off Site Support Contract

After a free systems audit, BlueCircle IT will calculate the average hours required per month to support and service your IT system.  Rate charged at £50 per hour, paid monthly, on a 12 month contract.

The small business service offers telephone support and remote access trouble shooting, with on-site support as required. A dedicated IT Consultant that understands your systems and set up, provides continuity and saves time. In the event on-site assistance is required, your call will be prioritised and a call out charge will not be charge Monday to Friday. Weekend Call Outs are charged at only £60 per hour.

During business hours your IT Consultant will be available to solve IT problems, offer advice and help users. Your IT Consultant can select, order and install software, hardware and provide data back up and anti virus products at preferred rates.

After 6 months a service review meeting will take place to agree whether the allocated monthly hours are sufficient to service your business or if the hours have not been utilised. The service can then be adjusted accordingly.

Suitable for 1-10 users, EG, 2 hours off site support per month = £100 per month + VAT.

Option 2. Small/Medium Business On Site Support Contract

After a free systems audit, BlueCircle IT will agree the average hours an IT Consultant is required to work on site, per month, to service and support your IT network.. Rate charged at £50 per hour, paid monthly, on a 12 month contract. Weekend Call Outs will be discounted to £50 per hour from the standard charge of £60, if work needs to be carried out outside office hours.

The on site service provides an IT Consultant to work at your offices at an agreed time each week to support your IT network. Your IT Consultant will work as an extension of your team, developing an understanding of your business needs and will be on hand and actively involved to trouble shoot any network issues, to select order and install software, hardware and to provide data back up and anti virus products at preferred rates.

After 6 months a service review meeting will take place to agree whether the allocated hours are sufficient to service your IT network, or if the hours have not been utilised. The service can then be adjusted accordingly.

Suitable for 10–50 users and server networks. EG, 4 hours per week on site support = £800 per month + VAT.

Option 3. Hourly Support – Pay As  You Go

BlueCircle IT can provide IT support to individual users as well as networks with servers. Pay as you go is charge at £60 for the first hour call out and £50 there after.  Once the issue has been assessed by a BlueCircle IT Consultant, an estimate will be provided to indicate the time required to complete the work and the cost.

Suitable for Individuals, Small and Medium Businesses needing IT support on an ad hoc basis, or for individual projects. EG 2 hours hourly support £110 + VAT.
